Our candles are intentionally designed vessels of well-being and self-care. Our candles are handcrafted with fine artisan detail and made to order for a true one of a kind candle experience.

Our mission is to challenge the candle industry standard with unorthodox products and premise. We will bring forth the importance of love and self-care through our Handmade Artisan style candles that provide a space of peace, serenity, and an awakening of spiritual and mental health all combined in aesthetically pleasing vessels.

Our vision is to bring peace and serenity into everyday life for all people with distinction as our North Star. We wholeheartedly believe in the power and richness of difference. As such, we reject the concept of conformity. We will not conform to the traditional uniform schemes of scents and vessels. Our scents will be as different as our vessels. And our vessels will be as different as our scents. We believe that people deserve variety and difference in their space of Zen; alike the world's composition.

Each of our fragrances have been carefully handpicked and crafted using ethically sourced Phthalate free essential and aromatic oils.

Baltesta Bean Co. Luxe Scented candles are made to order to provide for a high quality one of kind candle experience. Please allow 7-10 business days for your candle(s) to be processed and manufactured before it is shipped. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being prepared for shipping and that a shipping label has been created. This email will contain a tracking number for you to track the status of your shipment and delivery. We also encourage you to sign up for a Baltesta Bean Co. Member Account where you can create a customer profile for speedy check out, check the status of your orders, view order history, and check shipping details. 

We hope that you enjoy your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are not able to offer refunds. However, we do understand that there are times when fragrance does not match with taste. You may return your "un burned" candle for an "exchange only" for the same candle type with a different scent within 14 calendar days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on all exchange items. Used candles cannot be returned for exchange.

Coconut wax is organic, vegan, and eco-friendly to harvest. The wax provides burns slow, provides a clean burn, and holds an impressive fragrance load.

Wooden wicks provide for a unique and special candle. In addition to pleasing aesthetics and crackling sounds, wooden wicks are known to create fast buns pools for excellent hot throw, do not mushroom, have little carbon buildup, and are sourced and manufactured in the USA.

• Allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 2 hours on your first burn OR until you obtain a full melt pool (i.e., fully melted from edge to edge)
• Trim wick in between burn cycles to reduce chances of soot and to preserve candle life. Keep wick trimmed to 1/8 - 3/16 inches at all times. 
• Never burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time and always burn within eyesight.

We take measures to reduce the risk of products arriving to you in a broken/damaged state. However, we are aware that sometimes things just happen. If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us at support@baltestabeanco.com with a photo of your broken candle and order number within 7 days of delivery, so that we can review and process a replacement for you.
